The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) has released a notification inviting comments on the proposed recruitment rules to the posts of auditor and accountant on its official website at https://cag.gov.in/en . Stakeholders have been advised to share their comments through the prescribed format by February 19, 2021. The notification includes a state-wise break up of posts tentatively to be filled in 2021.
According to the notification, around 10,811 vacancies would be filled up out of which, 4,402 vacancies are for Accountants and 6,409 for Auditor Posts. The candidates can check the proposed eligibility criteria including age limit, selection criteria and other details from this pdf–
